CHRISTMAS CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP WITH JODIE ROSE CALLIGRAPHY

Step inside Stansted House after it has been beautifully decorated for the festive season and enjoy a Christmas Calligraphy Workshop with Jodie Rose Calligraphy.

​

On arrival, you will be given your own calligraphy kit, including pen, nib, ink and worksheets to use throughout the session and to take home.

​

During the session, you will learn the basic pen strokes, practice writing the lowercase alphabet, learn how to join the letters up to make words, and how to add in simple flourishes to elevate your writing. Jodie will also show you techniques to help you to find your own style! You will finish the workshop by creating a handwritten Christmas-themed greetings card.

​

There will be lots of one-to-one tuition throughout, so you will have enough time and attention to develop your own style.

 

£75 per person, includes a calligraphy kit to take home, access to a recap video to watch at home, and light refreshments.

Access Requirements 

Step-free access around the House is available via two lifts. Please note however that the lift may not be able to accommodate some motorised wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
