Join one of our knowledgeable tour guides on the first Sunday of the month for a Guided Tour of Stansted House.

Discover the family seat of the Earls of Bessborough and explore the beautiful state rooms, furnished as though the 10th Earl was still at home. Enjoy a true upstairs, downstairs experience as you learn about those who called Stansted Park home before heading downstairs to see the extensive servant quarters, described by one visitor as 'one of the very best I have seen in England.'

This guided tour will last approximately 75 minutes.

Access Requirements 

These guided tours are wheelchair friendly and step-free access around the House is available. Please note however that the lift may not be able to accommodate some motorised wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
