GET LOST AND FOUND IN THE STANSTED MAZE!
The Stansted Maze, in the Lower Walled Garden, opened in 2011 as a fun, family attraction where adults can be challenged and children can let off steam!
It is a circular maze, based on the target maze at Villa Pisani, Italy.
Included in admission price are giant games including draughts, Jenga, Connect 4 and three holes of miniature golf.

MAZE OPENING TIMES

11am - 4pm. Every weekend from 17th March (Mothering Sunday weekend) to end of October 2024 and all Bank Holidays between these dates. (weather permitting)

WHAT IS THE STANSTED MAZE?
​
There are over 500 yew trees and about a kilometre of hedging to be cut every year in the Stansted Maze. The yew trees were planted in 2002 and many are nearly 2 metres tall.
Admission: £2.50 per person - cash or card payment accepted

Tickets are available at the gate or contact the office for private hire/group bookings. A viewing platform gives great views across the maze and over the Walled Gardens towards Stansted House.

Please note: The Stansted maze is not suitable for large pushchairs or motorised wheelchairs. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
