A selection by Charles Dibdin 1745-1814. Born in Southampton, Dibdin was the most prolific English songwriter of his time. Selection includes Tom Bowling and his ballad opera

arranged Frederick Austin 1920. Gay’s greatest success, dubbed "the most popular play of the eighteenth century".

Biography

​

Los Ladrones Vocal Quintet

Established 2013

The membership of Los Ladrones has been stable since it’s beginning and all singers are experienced amateurs in the local operatic field. Nigel Smith is an accompanist who is in great demand. Marion Porter’s voice has been heard on The Chichester Area Talking News for many years. Geoffrey Porter is currently Musical Director of The Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir and has been Musical Director for several local operatic societies.
